2021 for me is going to be a year of learning more about myself, prioritizing my mental health, and discovering more about what I want to do with this amazing thing called life. In order to help me on this journey, I’m going to be inspired by the women in our past and take part in an activity suggested by their words. This coming week, I will start my first week of classes for the semester (crazy!), so every day, I’m going to do one of these activities. Join me for this challenge or save it to come back to at a time when you need to recharge! I’d love to see your journey with this challenge as well! Tag me @she.said.it.cards on Instagram!
The worksheet below details the different activities for each day. Download it (file below picture) and print it off! Place it somewhere where you will see it and be reminded every day this week!
