I have a confession to make....

Time flies, doesn't it? My last blog post was in October and a lot has happened...She Said It's

collab with the Blue Angels has expanded (can you believe it, we're doing t-shirts! along with a bunch of other fun aviation-related products); we've released about 15 new cards as well as our JOT Notes; Anna is in her second half of year 3 of grad school; and I've had to get some help....and who has come to the rescue? 2 of my very talented cousins.

I think in my last post, introducing our stationery sets, I mentioned my wonderful cousins. On my dad's side of the family, I have 6 cousins and with my brother, our tribe consisted of 4 boys and 4 girls. My cousins, Rebecca Rahe DeGroodt and Susan Rahe Moss are both very talented artists who have contributed to quite a few designs. Neither Anna nor I can paint a bird, but Susan sure can, so all of our cards featuring a bird (including our new Mother's Day card), use birds that Susan painted just for us! Rebecca is also an artist who creates vintage-inspired mixed media art - her art is just a perfect to use with quotes! You can watch for Rebecca's work in She Said It's 2025 holiday collection. I can't wait to hear which design is your favorite!

So, the confession, we've had help with some of our most recent designs -- Anna's up to her ears in experiments at her lab, but I know she'll be painting again soon. In the meantime, watch out for our new cards featuring art from Susan and Rebecca. Their style is different from Anna's, but I know you'll be charmed!
